Appointment of Sub-Committees
It was agreed that both the music subcommittee and the support group be reappointed for the life of the committee.
Role of Support Group
A paper had been circulated prior to the meeting outlining the group’s thinking as to how to take forward an expanded role. The group wished to retitle themselves as the Promotion Group specifically embracing the areas of merchandising, publicity and friends.
The committee warmly welcomed the initiative which Steve Flynn would chair on behalf of the committee.
