1. Current selling of merchandise. Going very well, in excess of £900 in total. Keep CDs at same price. Important points: good position to catch maximum people, making oneself available for a chat, plenty of flyers.
2. October concert:
• Telephone pad with pens (single colour plus logo £250 cost of 250, sell for £2. Steve will supply artwork, Liz will order).
• Beer mats (freebies, Steve will arrange with his supplier).
• Have plenty of leaflets available (Dave).
• Compere must announce availability prior to interval.
• Try mobile selling – people milling around carrying merchandise and leaflets with them.
• Put leaflets on seats, with friends paperwork.
We need the outstanding paperwork on friends from Ged (Steve to try).
• Steve to insert friends paperwork into programme.

Dave will do paperwork including public liability insurance and NI number. Dave will ask for volunteers at next rehearsal to walk round Holmfirth with leaflets. Everyone in black polo shirts. Also enquire interest in trying to sell in town.
